6 Minutes from Shin-Osaka Station — A Share House for Growing Together and Getting Ready for Marriage!
Share House Amato Shin-Osaka is ideally located just a 6-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, the gateway to the Kansai region.

What’s around Amato?
Located in a quiet residential area, Amato Shin-Osaka is just minutes away from the station, yet it offers a peaceful environment.
Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find convenience stores, supermarkets, ATMs, post offices, and more — everything you need for daily life!

Facilities at Amato Shin-Osaka
Amato accommodates up to 8 people (men and women). The water facilities are designed for comfort:
- 2 kitchen sinks
- 3 toilets
- 1 bath
- 1 shower
So there’s no need to worry about crowding.
The entrance uses an electronic lock, and each private room comes with its own key, desk, chair, bed, and TV outlet — providing a secure and comfortable environment.
What Makes Amato Shin-Osaka Special – House Leader!
At Amato, A House Leader—who are assigned to each house managed by Machiake—are selected exclusively from those who are planning for marriage in the future. The house leader serves as a coordinator within the share house—essentially, the “leader of the family.”
This system was introduced to help future-minded individuals build the skills needed for a happy family life.
By taking on a leadership role in daily life and engaging with a variety of people, residents can naturally develop relationship-building and communication skills that will benefit them in marriage.
If any interpersonal challenges arise, a professional matchmaking advisor—who has supported many successful couples—is available to help.
For your peace of mind, the identity of the house leader is kept confidential from outside the share house.

Why We Created Amato Shin-Osaka – A Message from the Founder, Tamai
Having been involved in share houses for over 10 years, I’ve supported a wide variety of residents — from single mothers to divorcees, and even managed conflicts between housemates. While I’ve witnessed many beautiful connections form, I’ve also seen close friendships break down into resentment and division.
Personally, I once lived in a share house myself. After that, I got married and started a family, and through that experience, I realized how much I grew as a person. Having a family gave me a deeper sense of purpose and connection to society.
Through these experiences, I came to recognize that people who maintain strong relationships often have good communication skills.
With this share house, I want to help people develop those skills — to build harmonious relationships, and for some, even create peaceful family lives.
This is our first project of this kind, but I hope we can create a warm, secure, and free-spirited space together.
