In March 2025, “Solasumika Akashi” will open in Nishishinmachi, Akashi City.
The first floor will be designated for tenants, while the second and third floors will operate as a shared house. On the fourth floor, there will be a spacious rooftop where residents can enjoy activities like barbecues and yoga.
“Solasumika Akashi” will be our company’s first shared house in Akashi City.
