In November 2024, a new community facility, “Himuro Banana,” will open in the Himurocho area of the Kobe foothills. The first-floor piloti section will feature a rest area open to the community, along with rentable spaces for light meals, a bar, and services like treatments. The rear of the first floor and the second floor will be used as a share house.
Each room is equipped with a kitchen and either a bath or shower, allowing residents to relax at their preferred time.
The name “Himuro Banana” reflects the wish for the local community and residents to use the space for about seven different purposes. It is also named after the No. 7 city bus route, a key transportation line that provides easy access to the Kobe foothills.
The second floor is a spacious share house that can accommodate up to two people, with clearly separated private spaces, making it suitable for first-time share house residents or couples.
