In November 2024, a new community facility called “Himuro Banana” will open in the Himurocho area of the foothills of Kobe.
The first-floor piloti area features a rest space open to the community, along with rental tenant spaces suitable for light dining, a bar, or even therapeutic services.
The back part of the first floor and the entire second floor are designed as a shared house. From the rooftop, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Kobe and the Seto Inland Sea, offering a refreshing experience.
Each room is equipped with a kitchen and either a bath or shower, allowing residents to relax and unwind at their preferred time.
The name “Himuro Banana” reflects the hope that the facility will serve the local community and residents in about seven different ways. It is also conveniently located near the important public transportation route, the Kobe City Bus Line No. 7, which provides easy access to the area.
The second floor features spacious shared house units suitable for up to two people, making them ideal for first-time shared house residents, couples, and single parents.
Rooms 101, 201, and 202 are equipped with “Kaiminkabe Sora” walls, designed for high humidity control and deodorization, ensuring a comfortable living environment.

Others(各ルーム共通事項)
Management
Cleaning of the common areas is handled irregularly by the management company, but we ask all residents to clean up after themselves each time they use the space.
Unlike share houses where the owner and the management company are separate, our share house allows direct communication with the owner, making it easier to resolve any issues quickly and smoothly.
Event
We hold monthly events such as welcome parties, farewell gatherings, fireworks, and barbecues. In addition to these, spontaneous events often arise from shared hobbies among housemates.
We encourage an open-minded attitude—go with the flow and try new things together with your housemates.
Cost
One of the greatest advantages of living in a share house is its cost-effectiveness and convenience.
Unlike regular rental properties, we don’t require key money or security deposits (excluding commercial properties).
Screening is generally more flexible and faster than typical rentals, and move-in is possible in as little as one week.
Friends & Family
We welcome visits and overnight stays by your friends and family.
If someone is staying over, please inform the shared LINE group in advance.
Move-in Process
If you are interested in moving in, we ask that you first schedule a viewing.
We want you to experience the concept and atmosphere of each share house firsthand.
After a brief chat, if you feel, “I’d love to live here!”, then we’d be happy to welcome you as a resident.
