Live with your cats
“I want to live in a share house with cats!” In response to this desire, we have created a share house where you can live with cats. This is a share house that will be nurtured together with the residents. We will be renovating this share house to make it an enjoyable share house with your input. Please be proactive in making your suggestions to make this share house a cat-friendly place to live! We welcome those who have cats, as well as those who would like to have cats in the future. You can keep up to two cats. (A common service fee will be added for the second cat.) There is an animal hospital 7 minutes away on foot, providing a safe environment.
The nearest station is Nagata Station on the Kobe Electric Railway Line, about a 3-minute walk away. One station ride away, you can easily access an area lined with supermarkets and restaurants. From the bus stop near the house, it is only one bus ride to Kobe Station.

When moving in, please present your ID (passport/residence card for foreigners) and emergency contact information. Minors must also have a guardian’s agreement (guarantor’s signature).

Common Area: Dining room / Kitchen where cooking is fun. We have created an environment that is enjoyable on your own, but becomes more enjoyable with others.
Facilities: refrigerator/microwave toaster oven combo/toaster/electric kettle/vacuum cleaner/washing machine.
Each room: Air conditioner/bed frame/desk and chair.

Management
The management company cleans the common areas twice a month. However, we ask all residents to clean up after themselves and keep shared spaces tidy after each use.
Event
We organize various events such as welcome parties, farewell parties, fireworks, and BBQs. Many other activities also happen naturally when sharemates discover common interests and hobbies.
We encourage you to keep an open mind, go with the flow, and enjoy trying new things together with your sharemates!
Cost
One of the biggest advantages of living in a share house is the great value for money.
The only initial fee is a ¥15,000 administrative fee, making it possible to enjoy a comfortable stay at an affordable price, even for a relatively short period of time.
Friend
Family members and friends are welcome to stay with you.
If you have a guest staying overnight, please let the shared LINE group know in advance. An additional fee of ¥1,000 per night applies.
House Viewing
We ask all prospective residents to view the house before moving in.
This allows you to get a feel for each house’s concept, atmosphere, and living environment. We will also have a short conversation with you during the viewing.
We welcome residents who feel, “I would love to live here!” after getting to know the house and its atmosphere.
